Who should do the trainingThe program is best suited for strategic level employees who are responsible for brand, product, and public relations development. Generally, these are within your Public Relations and/or Marketing and/or Sales departments. Ideally a team of 3 or more employees generates the best results and helps you build Social Media as a core function of your business. Those on the training program must have the means within your business to drive Social Media forward as a part of its core function. Without this strong leadership, you won’t get the results you need as Social Media is a long-term commitment. The more open and engaging your company is, the more trust it creates with your consumers, and the better the returns on your investment. Usually, the higher someone’s position in the company, the more effective their consumer engagement. This was discovered in the ENGAGEMENTdb report, where they found that those companies which had higher levels of engagement – such as managing directors and CEOs – experienced better returns from Social Media initiatives. Training Time AllocationThroughout the program participants are encouraged to spend at least 1 hour a day completing the materials, checklist and development of the corporate Social Media strategies. The quantity of time to complete the program is up to those on the program, however we will advise a preferred schedule during the course.
